Elidé is the Founder and Principal of Meaningful Observations, a values-based strategy and evaluation consulting firm based in DC. She is passionate about supporting others develop a reflective and reflexive practice for continued learning and growth in service of equity and antiracist practices. She is an avid and courageous advocate of naming the elephants in the room and braving the vulnerability and difficult conversations that are essential for continued growth, strong leadership, and for having the impact we wish to have in the communities we serve and the world at large.
